By accessing or using Berrybind (the "Platform"), submitting a brand listing, completing a registration form, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").
If you are submitting information on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform or submit any information.
Berrybind is a humanoid robot marketplace and directory platform operated by BB Ventures ("we", "us", "our"). The Platform connects robot brands, developers, and enterprise buyers across the Asia-Pacific region and globally.

Berrybind offers a free basic listing tier for robot brands during our launch phase. By submitting a free listing, you agree to the following:
Berrybind offers optional paid tiers including Verified Brand listings, BerryCore developer marketplace access, and Enterprise RaaS contracts. These services are governed by separate agreements presented at the time of purchase.
All fees, payment terms, refund policies, and service level agreements for paid services will be clearly communicated before any commitment is made. We do not charge any fee without your explicit written consent.
When using the Platform, you agree not to:
We reserve the right to remove any listing or suspend any account that violates these responsibilities without prior notice.
All Platform content created by Berrybind — including design, copy, code, logos, and data structures — is owned by BB Ventures and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
By submitting brand information, product photos, and other materials to Berrybind, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content on the Platform for the purpose of the listing. You retain full ownership of all submitted materials.
The Berrybind and BerryCore names and logos are trademarks of BB Ventures. You may not use them without our written permission.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BB Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $100 USD if you have not paid us anything).
Either party may terminate or suspend access to the Platform at any time:
Upon termination, your listing will be removed from the Platform within 5 business days. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and governing law) will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Singapore, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If you are located in Japan or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, those local laws may also apply to you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be notified by email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect.
Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
